Why You Should Read These Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. They explain who we are and how we will sell motorcycles (“Goods”) to you.
1. Information About Us and How to Contact Us
We are Motolink South Wales Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Definitions
“The Dealer”, “we”, “us”, “our” – Motolink South Wales Limited.
“The Customer”, “you” – The person purchasing the Goods from us.
“Goods”, “Motorcycle”, “Bike” – The motorcycle(s) or other goods sold by us to you.
“Order” – The agreement between you and us for the sale of the Goods.
“Contract” – The legally binding agreement formed when an Order is confirmed by us.
“Collection/Delivery Location” – The agreed location for delivery or collection of the Goods.
3. Deposit Policy
A £250 deposit is required to secure any motorcycle.
This deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Motolink South Wales Limited.
No motorcycle will be held or reserved without full payment of the deposit.
4. Preparation of Goods
All motorcycles sold by Motolink South Wales Limited come with:
A new MOT (if applicable)
A standard service
A comprehensive 120-point inspection to ensure roadworthiness and quality prior to handover.
5. Warranty and Repairs
All bikes are sold with a standard warranty.
Extended warranties may be available at additional cost.
Warranty repairs must be carried out at our premises.
If a warranty issue arises, the motorcycle must be returned to us.
We do not cover third-party repair costs or transport unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Used Bikes
Sold as roadworthy at the point of sale.
Known defects or issues will be disclosed prior to sale.
Customers may request an inspection, walkaround video, or service history.
7. Payment
Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery.
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer
Debit/credit card (limits may apply)
Cash (up to £500)
8. Delivery & Collection
Motorcycles can be collected in person or delivered by arrangement.
Delivery fees may apply.
Delivery is to mainland UK only, unless otherwise agreed.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the Goods upon delivery.
9. Retention of Title
Ownership of the motorcycle transfers to the customer only after full payment is received.
Until then, it remains the property of Motolink South Wales Limited.
10. Distance Selling (Online/Phone Sales)
If you are a consumer purchasing online or by phone (without face-to-face contact), you may have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Cancellation must be made within 14 days of receiving the motorcycle.
The bike must not be registered or used in a way that diminishes its value.
The motorcycle must be returned at your cost and in the same condition as supplied.
11. Liability
Motolink South Wales Limited is not liable for:
Loss of profit
Business interruption
Indirect losses
Damage after the motorcycle leaves our premises, unless proven to be a pre-existing issue
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
